This role is meant for someone with a minimum of 10 years working experience, plus demonstrated ability to be a great leader, communicator, and business builder. There’s a need for a strong business background, as this person would work closely with our Director of Operations and Finance Director, and will be expected to be the main point of contact for all things related to sales money in and money out.

You have 15-20 years working experience, plus several years experience leading and building teams.
You’ve helped to scale a business before and run a P&L.
While you may not have been a seller yourself, you are incredibly familiar with the sales process and how sales support teams function.
You are an amazing communicator and fast learner.
You have many examples of how you’ve been a great mentor to current/former reports, as you’ll be coaching some of our rising leaders at the company.
You are goal oriented and will ensure we focus on the right things.
Organization is one of your strong suits, and it never suffers no matter how fast the pace is. We move fast.
You can operate at a high level with a big title, but can still roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
